I came up with an idea for Bobfest 2010 to be held at Lake Olmstead Gazebo on May 29, 2010. Why not have people dress up as characters from his songs? For example, you could be Eistein disguised as Robin Hood, Cinderella (don’t forget to be easy!) or Dr. Filth. This would allow for alot of creativity from folks and would be a great addition to the bands and music already planned. get out those Dylan records and find a character! BTW, I also think this would make a great Hallowen party theme.
This is a song by Willie and the Hand Factory called The Lowlander Inn. It is about lost love set in a semi mythical bar located in a southern state. “I’m gettin’ high at the Lowlander Inn.”
It is official Bobfest 2010 is now listed along with festivals in Ireland, England, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Texas, Australia and India (yes India). Our modest homage to Bob is listed on http://www.dylanfest.com/

Well, I checked Expecting Rain today and there is was- Dylanfest.com. I jsut now sent the info in for our modest little festival to be held on the 29th of May and hopefully it will be posted soon.
